Privacy Policy

Last updated 4 September 2026.

This policy explains what we collect when you use this site, what we do with it, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into the quote form, which is your name, your phone number, your property address or town, the service you selected from the dropdown, anything you write in the free text box, and the fact that you ticked the consent box. If you call us instead, we collect what you tell us on the phone.

Our web host may record standard server log information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. We do not use that information to identify you.

Why we collect it

To price your tank work, arrange the site assessment and follow up with you about it. That is the whole purpose.

Who we share it with

We share your details with the licensed, NJDEP-certified tank crew assigned to your job, and where needed with the certified laboratory that analyses your soil samples and your municipal construction office when the permit is filed. Nobody else receives them.

We do not sell your information to data providers, marketing lists or any party unrelated to carrying out your tank work.

We may disclose information if we are required to by law, or to protect our legal rights.

Calls and text messages

When you tick the consent box on the form, you are agreeing that we may contact you at the number you gave, including by automated dialing technology, prerecorded voice and SMS text message. Consent is not a condition of getting a quote or of hiring anyone. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by telling us on the phone. Message and data rates may apply.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to service and follow up on your enquiry, and to keep a record of the consent you gave. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 609-961-5616 and say so. If your job has already been scheduled or a permit filed, some records may need to be retained to satisfy municipal and NJDEP requirements. We will tell you what those are.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated before it does.

This site is intended for property owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy
